There are so many great places to find bean-to-bar chocolate in Boston, but I tried to stick to stores in your neighborhood.

Bacco’s Wine and Cheese

Get yourself some wine, cheese, and chocolate and have an indulgent party with your closest friends. Find everything from Askinosie to Raaka here.

31 St James Ave, Boston MA 02116

Fastachi

This specialty nut store carries a huge amount of chocolate too: Think big bean-to-bar brands like Akesson's and Blanxart, smaller makers like Castronovo and Dandelion, and locals like Somerville Chocolate, which is almost impossible to find elsewhere (unless you sign up for their CSA; see below).

83 Charles St, Boston, MA 02114, USA

Gourmet Boutique

This gourmet gift shop boasts a nice selection of brands like Original Beans, Pralus, Dick Taylor, and more.

The Westin Copley Place, Boston, 10 Huntington Ave, Boston, MA 02116, USA

Whole Foods – Charles River Plaza

Your local health food grocery store also carries some good chocolate: Raaka, Taza, Theo, and a few more.

Charles River Plaza, 181 Cambridge St, Boston, MA 02114, USA

Taza Chocolate

If you haven’t visited this bean-to-bar factory, you’re in for a treat. Taza was one of the original craft chocolate companies to start the whole American movement, and their stone-ground bars are unique and delicious.

561 Windsor St, Somerville, MA 02143

Somerville Chocolate

This tiny bean-to-bar maker actually functions as a CSA. I’ve never tried their bars but have heard great things, and I highly recommend checking them out.

14 Tyler Street, Somerville, MA02143
